My career has spanned sales, marketing, channel strategy, and operational execution in B2B technology and telecom markets.

Over time, I’ve seen consistent patterns: Growth is difficult, or not attained, when execution doesn’t keep pace with ambition.

Having the biggest dreams in the world, or in your region, is meaningless unless you can deliver. That’s the gap I help close.

How I Approach the Work

I like to be structured and focus on the “why” and the “how.” Building a structured, operational plan requires explaining the targets and the rationale. Then building the systems to make growth sustainable and eliminate chaos and lack of clarity. 

  • Diagnose what is slowing momentum (why)
  • Clarify priorities and ownership (why, what, when, who, how)
  • Build repeatable commercial workflows (how)
  • Embed execution cadence and measurement (document and dashboard)

What's the Name Working Pieces Mean?

The name is my take on what’s needed and a little joke. Most growth constraints aren’t caused by a single broken function.

They come from misalignment between the parts: positioning and pipeline, process and tools, leadership intent and operational reality.

When the pieces fit, companies move faster with less friction. My work is about making that fit work.
